1 Real Estate Investment terms

My name is Laureanne, I'm currently studying in the Realty Appraisal technique program. In business Investment, there are multiple ways to invest, but there are four main investment types. For example, Acquisitions, it is the addition of new products or services or the purchase of an existing business. Capital Investments, it is represented as buying machinery, computers, software, trucks, or any asset that increases your production and lowers your operating costs are examples of direct investments in your business. Increased marketing, It corresponds to Injecting profits into your marketing department is an example of an investment that offers a potential long-term return on investment through increased sales. And there are many others. But, I choose to talk about Real Estate Investment which is corporate in business investment because, in my program, we're talking a lot about Real Estate Investment, and also it's a subject that really passionate me.

Real Estate Investment

Real Estate Investing involves the purchase, management and sale or rental of real estate for profit. Improvement of realty property as part of a real estate investment strategy is generally considered to be a sub-specialty of real estate investing called real estate development.

Example: A typical example of real estate investment is rental investment financed in part by a mortgage. The buyer takes out a home loan of $120,000 to complete the purchase budget for an apartment of $148,000. His 20-year loan makes him pay a monthly payment of $629. He rents the house for $782 a month. His investment allows him to earn $153/year in addition to the home he owns.
